SerenaGlow is written by Serena Alibhai, a certified Iyengar yoga instructor, certified fitness instructor and a ViPR teacher. She has a BA from McGill University and a Journalism degree from Mount Royal University in Canada. With over fifteen years of yoga practice, living internationally, and training professionally; Serena has accumulated knowledge about how best to take care of the human body, skin and meditation. She has designed food plans, fitness plans and tips to help you live a healthy lifestyle, the natural way.
