Jump rope workout and 30 day challenge

I’ve always believed that the best cardio you can do in a unit of time is jump rope.

I think the trick is to understand that the rope is very thin. People often jump higher than they need to. Keep the jumps small. You’re only jumping off no more than an inch above the ground.

  1. I tried jumping rope a couple of years ago and was surprised by how powerful a workout it is! Funny to think I did it all the time when I was a little girl.

    I’ll have to give this a try! I get so buy with a toddlers that any workout that you can do quickly is a great idea šŸ™‚
