Use your own body weight booty workout 

Your glutes are a large important muscle that support your back and hips, and directly impact your ability to hold good posture. 

These are great exercises you can do at home without any weights. Use your own bodyweight to make yourself stronger. To increase difficulty go slower and maintain good alignment.

  1. Yeah bodyweight exercises really rock!
    I’ve been following the routine at for some time and have really enjoyed working out with my body instead of the gym.

    The only investment I had to do was to get a 20$ pull up bar from Amazon =D

    People say you can’t get as good resistance with bodyweight exercises but that is BS.. just change angles or do the exercises slower and there you have it =)
