How to follow the cabbage soup diet


It’s just a “cleanse” of sorts; an opportunity to give your digestive system a break. Don’t have high expectations that you will lose tons of weight. 

Rather think of it as an exercise in training your taste buds to simplify themselves. Give your body a break by drinking a simple broth with cabbage and other simple vegetables like celery, broccoli or carrots.
