Rigatoni with scallops peas and mushrooms in a cream Parmesan sauce

Pasta hits the spot. And… It doesn’t make you fat! Overeating does. Pasta is not all you should be eating, but once in a while let your body enjoy it.

And don’t trust the restaurants with your pasta if you want to slim your waist line. I know it’s delicious, but if you have goals to lose weight, take care of your body and watch what goes into it. Make your pasta in your own kitchen.

Making it at home will allow you to control the fat, salt and add healthier ingredients.

For the cream Parmesan sauce you will combine half part Parmesan for one part of cream. This is whipping cream that you will find in your dairy aisle.

Adding the whipping cream and Parmesan cheese to your cooked mushrooms, scallops and pea mixture will create a beautiful thick and flavorful sauce.
