Nutrition of avocado toast & how to make it

Avocado is creamy, buttery and on top of a crispy toast, delicious.

It’s healthy too of course, otherwise how could it be featured on serenaglow ?!?

To make the toast you will need toast, fresh lemon juice, good quality salt, and a quarter of an avocado per slice of bread.

Very ripe avocado will mush nicely, like soft butter, onto your crispy toast.

Then squeeze on the salt of your choice and a healthy squeeze of fresh lemon.

  1. Wanted to test if the so called rumors were true that Monsanto crops do not reproduce. I Tried to grow one from friends “awesome supermarket sale” of California avocados. The pit turned black n wouldn’t grow a plant like my others . 😦 careful what you buy!

    1. That is so crazy! Everything we learned in biology class is now being replaced with this genetically modified mutated food we’re being sold! Thank you for your post and something to think about Georgio 🙂

      1. From what I’ve read, very scary indeed, is that up to 70 % of our food is tainted with Monsanto seed. I have a companion site georgiogiovanni.wordpress.com. Check out the GMO stuff there. It is appalling. God willing, we will be able to support our local farmers by buying their organic goods or start growing our own when we can. I flat out ask if they use Monsanto seed too.not that they couldn’t lie but you can usually tell from their face and voice if they’re telling the truth. They can’t label a product organic if it’s not so that’s good. I just love your site and how you are trying to keep people healthy. Plan to be a frequent flyer here.lol 🙂 I’ll post that pic of that Monsanto avocado seed as soon as I can on my Georgio site. You won’t believe your eyes.
