Dress up a box of macaroni & cheese

They say “abs are made in the kitchen.” That means make your food in your own kitchen. Best rule of thumb is don’t eat from a box but dry pasta is a good carb in moderation. Also, if you are choosing between ordering out and eating pasta at home, eat pasta at home. At least you know what macros are going into your body when you do that.

This is the dinner you can make quickly from mostly items you can store in your pantry.

Start with boxed pasta.
