Eight simple rules to lower your cholesterol


There’s so much information about cholesterol out there I thought it might be a good idea to simplify it. 

  
Choose vegetarian options when you can instead of red meat. This will lower the amount of saturated fat in your diet, lowering your cholesterol levels.

Add beans to your diet! Beans provide protein without the saturated fat and add fiber to your diet along with much-needed vitamins.
