Start with a large tub of washed greens. Then add colourful veggies like tomatoes on the vine and cucumber. Hard boiled eggs provide protein, fats and vitamins. Half a ripe avocado will curb any cravings for unhealthy fats and add a creamy dressing to go with a squeeze of fresh lemon, salt and pepper.
Use fresh herbs, like organic basil shown here, to round out flavors and provide extra vitamins.
