Salads are easy to make, great for the environment, and keep you healthy. A good rule of thumb is to add at least one healthy fat like avocado, sunflower seeds or cheese. Add a protein like beans or chicken breast. And the bulk of your salad should be greens. Add marinated vegetables or olives for a flavor boost! Most of all, have fun with it and eat one at least five days a week!
