Salads are easy to make, great for the environment, and keep you healthy. A good rule of thumb is to add at least one healthy fat like avocado, sunflower seeds or cheese. Add a protein like beans or chicken breast. And the bulk of your salad should be greens. Add marinated vegetables or olives for a flavor boost! Most of all, have fun with it and eat one at least five days a week!

    1. Hi Lexi, I don’t add dressing to my prepped salads. What I do is I use the avocado, or a spoonful of cottage cheese on the side as addressing. I squeeze fresh lemon juice on top of the avocado and then as I eat it move it around. If anything, I will add a drizzle of balsamic on top but I had so many greens that my salads rarely get soggy. Friend of mine always takes her homemade dressing in a separate container and adds it before she eats. I hope that helps! xxS
