  1. I was born and raise until my 20’s in Europe. I grew up with Sunflower oil. I had no idea about canola and vegetable oil. I was really upset when we moved to the States that I could not find sunflower oil. I read that is a bit of controversy here in the States with sunflower oil, however growing up with it I know its value. I finally found it at Trader Joe’s – they carry the cold pressed sunflower oil and that made my day. Coconut oil I prefer more in baking, while cold pressed virgin oil is my salad oil. Andrada

    1. Sunflower oil is a beautiful oil. I didn’t know there was a controversy about it, I know there are problems with palm oil or canola oil. But I think sunflower oil is a beautiful oil. I will research that. Thank you for reading Andrada :)) xxSerena
