Health benefits of strawberries

A juicy red sweet strawberry fights against cancer, helps with weight loss and is delicious.  It also provides us an interesting trivia tidbit – it’s the only fruit with its seeds on the outside!

In comparison to your fruits like apples, oranges or bananas, strawberries have the highest amount of nutrients! They are a real true power food.

Berries are known to help with weight loss. They also help curb your cravings for processed sugary treats.

The next time you crave chocolate, candy, white floured fried cakey treats or sugar, eat a bowl of strawberries instead.

It’s nutrient-rich and packed with antioxidants including vitamin C.
