Is there an optimal temperature for drinking water?

We agree that drinking water is healthy. But at what temperature? Sometimes, during the hot summer months, just thinking of a cold tall glass of water makes delicious sense.

Also, wasn’t there some literature years ago that said drinking cold water burned calories?

But the more sources I turn to, I find that drinking lukewarm water is the most optimal for your health.

What do you believe; is there a correlation between water temperature and health?
