Natural remedies for hair loss during stressful times

During stressful times, excessive hair loss can be an issue. It’s normal to lose 100 to 150 hairs day but more than that, when you hair comes out in clumps… It’s a horrible feeling. It seems hopeless. There are so many factors, and it is different for everybody. But instead of feeling hopeless, here are some tips that may help:

Diet:

First thing, watch your diet. You should be eating a wide range of vegetables and fruits. If you have lost your appetite because of a traumatic event or stressful time in your life, try and just eat a few bites of fruits and vegetables. This will help your body grow and maintain your eyes, hair, skin and muscles.

Sleep:

Next is sleep. It can be very difficult to sleep during stressful times. The mind races, it’s difficult to have a true restorative sleep. Try your best, using whatever techniques work for you, to make sleeping a priority.

Massage:

Another tip is to gently massage the scalp with the light oil. This will stimulate the follicles. Then flip your head over and do it upside down. Do this every day. Blood will rush to the follicles and help regrowth. I have used so many different kinds of oils and butters throughout the years. Maybe start with coconut oil if you are not sure or any other light oil you have and enjoy. After a while you will know what works for you and you can start making your own homemade hair treatment oils.

      1. Women and hair. It’s a big issue!🌀 And, our hair is a reflection of our overall health! When my daughter was on a feeding tube, all her food was natural and homemade. No junk, nothing artificial. Her hair was beautiful and shiny.
