Two simple pimple treatments for oily skin

Oily skin, lush and gorgeous because of the regular production of natural oils is less prone to wrinkles and is soft.  But is different than normal or dry; its more prone to pimples. Those with oily skin often have to wash more regularly and breakouts can be severe. 

Here’s a helpful chart for you lovely jublies with “oily” skin. I like to call it naturally moisturized healthy skin!

DIY home lemon herb freshener 

Chemicals in our air, food and beauty products can lead to allergies or sickness. Remember that we take in what’s in our environment, bring it into our bodies, and use it to metabolize. So why not keep it natural? 

Scents affect us, they can determine mood. I love walking into a room that smells beautiful, comfortable and clean. One option is to gently simmer natural herbs or citrus for an hour to purify and gently scent your air. 

We already know the health benefits of lemon.

Don’t throw away your old lemon! I scrub pieces of used lemon around my sink and then rinse and also add to my homemade natural home deodorizer. 

For mine, I brought these ingredients in a pot to boil and then reduced to a simmer:

  • 2 cups water
  • Lemon pieces
  • Two drops lemongrass essential oil
  • Fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper corns

It’s a good natural home deodorizer. It’ll purify your air and calm your home. Here are some other ingredients you can use to make your own DIY home deodorizer:

  • Pure vanilla extract
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Mint leaves
  • Orange
  • Cloves
  • Cinnamon sticks 
  • Cumin
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Flower petals

According to studies, most people prefer lemon or herb smells over cookie-type home scents.
