A dear friend of mine recently gave me some kefir grains. I’ll explain how to make kefir in another blog post, but for now I’ll just explore the benefits of this probiotic fermented drink.
I also love drinking milk, buttermilk and eating plain Greek yogurt. My friend uses this homemade kefir in her smoothies.
