The 10 best and worst foods for your health


I like this list because it’s a good reminder to stay on the “healthy” side rather then on the other side no matter how delicious!

I believe in moderation but moderation isn’t eating half of one list and half of the other. Moderation is eating mostly the healthy side and only just a little bit, 10-20% the “worst” side. It is different for everyone but that is just my belief.
