Healthy food does not have to be complicated. It’s so easy to grab a banana, keep it with you and when you’re hungry during the day peel the natural case, and eat the healthy powerhouse fruit.
My favorite is to eat a banana with a jar of peanut butter and butter knife. Other times, I like to make fried banana fritters or add mashed bananas to my baking as a sugar substitute.
I like my bananas ripe but I’ll eat it with no brown on the peel too and enjoy it’s just the same!
