What tea should you drink?

Teas can have amazing benefits. If you don’t add cream or sugar they have zero calories. Herbal teas contain zero caffeine. In this blog let’s look at six different teas; green tea, chamomile, elderflower, lemon balm, ginger tea and peppermint.

  1. Chamomile tea with a squeeze of lemon juice (add a drop of honey to soothe a sore throat) is my favorite. Another reason I have it in my cabinet is that Chamomile tea also acts a a pain reducer. Sipping it gives you the same effects as popping ibuprofen! Iā€™ve never tried Oolong tea. Thanks for the post. Cool chart!:-)
