Here are five ways to boost your vitality today:
1. Eat at least one healthy fat a day. Choose from this list:

3. Get 20 minutes of either strength training, cardio or flexibilty exercise a day:

4. Go to sleep half an hour earlier:
The body heals, rests and repairs when you sleep. Going to sleep a little earlier can give you more energy and a greater sense of well being.
