Here are five ways to boost your vitality today:

    1. Eat at least one healthy fat a day. Choose from this list:

Nuts like almonds, walnuts, pecans and peanuts
    Avocado
Healthy oils like olive, coconut, flaxseed oil and sunflower

    2. Add a healthy protein such as:

    Chicken breast
    Beans
    Tofu
    A boiled egg
    Yogurt
    Cottage cheese

    3. Get 20 minutes of either strength training, cardio or flexibilty exercise a day:

    Ideas for this are:

Take a walk/run in your neighborhood
    Go for a swim
    Vacuum or dust your house
    Help your friend move
    Take a yoga class

    4. Go to sleep half an hour earlier:

The body heals, rests and repairs when you sleep. Going to sleep a little earlier can give you more energy and a greater sense of well being.

    5. Eat a new vegetable:

Introduce a new vegetable that you’ve never eaten before. Vegetables contain fibre, minerals and vitamins that not only feel light in your body, but help digestion, your cardiovascular system and your endocrine systems work properly.
