You can target your abdominal muscles to become stronger. Many of these moves are very subtle. You not moving a lot but these are focused moves to create strength in your abdomen.
The idea is to shorten the area between your ribs and your hips. It’s a very subtle movement. You will know if you’re doing it right if it’s difficult to do 10 in a row.
Even though these exercises are standing and there is movement, this is loaded movement. So you may get breathless.
