Depending on your BMR and BMI, (see my blog on that topic!) many of you want to stay within a certain number of calories per day. But what does that look like?
Chili cheese fries at Wendy’s has about 520 calories, 27 g of that coming from fat:
Chicken Kutsu at your local Japanese Grill or sushi restaurant has about 350 cal, 24 g of that fat:
Chicken fried steak at Denny’s with hashbrowns and scrambled eggs is about 1200 cal, 74 g of that is pure fat:
Here is an example of what you can eat in a day, for 1500 cal:
